Here comes a new Menu!

It's that time again already! Menu time!


Potato Broccoli Soup. Yum! $6


Seaweed Salad with Brown Rice. So comforting! $8

Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus with Carrots and Celery to Dip $9
Maine Potatoes stuffed with Butternut Squash. Served with a dollop of Cultured Cashew Creme. $9

Raw Carrot-Ginger Pate, wrapped up in Toasted Nori Sheets and served
over Baby Spinach. $9

Quinoa and Greens, smothered in a Lovely Creamy Sauce. $10


Banana Buckwheat Chocolate Chip Muffins. The most requested muffin! $9 half dozen, $16 full dozen

Chocomole! The most amazing raw vegan chocolate mousse around. With a dollop of Agave Vanilla Cashew Creme. $7

Orders received by midnight Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders received by midnight Wednesday night will be delivered Friday.

As always, most ingredients are organic, and local when feasible. Everything is vegan, so it is naturally free of common allergens egg, milk, fish, and shellfish. I do not use any peanut or soy ingredients. I do not use any wheat or other gluten-containing ingredients. I DO use tree nuts and seeds in some dishes. Please let me know if you have any allergies or sensitivities at all!

In the interest of reducing our collective consumption of plastic, I am charging a refundable $1 deposit on each reusable plastic or glass container. Bring the same containers back in good condition next time for a refund on your deposit!
