New menu from your favorite GF vegan personal chef! For delivery to greater Boston 9/13 and 9/16

Hello wonderful folks!

This weekend will be a hard one of remembrance for a lot of us, so on this menu I am offering some comforting choices.

It is also the Mid-Autumn festival in many Asian countries, so there will be some dishes reflecting east Asian influences!

Please place orders by Sunday night for delivery on Tuesday, 9/13, and by Wednesday night for delivery on Friday, 9/16. Thank you so very much!

Love and Mochi!

Chef Mary

Watermelon Ginger Soup! Say so long to summer with one of our favorite chilled soups. $7

Baba Ghanouj! The traditional middle eastern dip made from roasted local eggplant, sesame tahini, parsley, and lemon. Served with slices of roasted local potato! $10

Raw Carrot-Ginger Pate, rolled up in Nori sheets with Baby Spinach. $10

One of my favorite comfort foods! Seaweed Salad with Sesame and Brown Rice. $9

Local Potatoes filled with the first Local Butternut Squash of the Season! Served with Cultured Cashew Creme $10

A Medley of Local Roasted Veggies, served with Quinoa. The weather is changeable this month - enjoy this plate hot or cold! $10

Mochi Moons! This Monday, September 12, is the Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival. These GF, vegan rice cakes are my tribute to the traditional mooncakes. With a sophisticated, not-too-sweet filling of cinnamon, dates, and white beans. $9

Banana Buckwheat Chocolate Chip Muffins! $9 half dozen, $16 dozen

As always, everything is natural, delicious, vegan, and good for you. I do not use soy, peanut, wheat, or any gluten ingredients. I DO use nuts, seeds, whole grains, fruits, and veggies that are local and/or organic whenever possible. If you are allergic or sensitive to anything, please let me know!

I always appreciate it when you bring back the reusable containers and jars. It helps reduce our consumption of plastic and glass (and it helps keep prices reasonable!)

Have a beautiful day!

Much love,

Chef Mary
