Time to order gluten free, vegan meals and treats for Friday delivery!

It has been an exciting week, in an exciting month, in an exciting spring! Wow!

It is already time to think about the weekend! Here is your menu for Friday delivery. See you soon!



Mushroom Soup. Yum! $6


Raw Carrot-Ginger Pate, rolled up in Nori sheets with Baby Spinach. $9

Raw Sunflower Seed Hummus with Carrots and Celery to Dip $9

Millet-Veggie Cakes! Served with a side of Lemon-Parsley-Walnut Pesto. $10

Quinoa Salad with Almonds, Avocados, and Dried Cherries over Greens $10


Carrot Muffins! $9 half dozen, $16 dozen

The Infamous Flourless Almond Butter Brownie! $6


Please place orders by midnight, Wednesday night for delivery on Friday, April 29. I deliver to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and Brookline. I can also deliver/ship further; please email me and we'll figure it out.


As always, please let me know if you have any allergies or sensitivities. I do not use soy, peanut, wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, meat, or artificial ingredients. I DO use natural, organic, non-GMO fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, and non-gluten grains.

P.S. We're moving this weekend, probably Saturday, but possibly Friday night. We don't have a lot of stuff - most of it is in storage. It's just a lot of stairs for me and Earnest to move it all on our own.
