Lovely menu for Friday, July 29!

Hello and happy Tuesday!

I have to tell you, I have never stuffed so many tomatoes in all my life as I did last night and this morning! This afternoon, I was able to get some more of those stunning Cherokee Purples like we had in the gazpacho last Tuesday. So the first several orders of dirty rice for Friday will be in these beautiful and richly flavored heirloom tomatoes!

Also, a note about the dragon fruit salad: the shell of the dragon fruit is a purely decorative garnish. Enjoy the colorful fruits, nuts, and veggies - but I don't recommend actually eating the pink shell of the dragon fruit.

And now here it is! The menu for Friday, July 29! Please order by Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Thank you so much! I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Much love,
Chef Mary
