Hello hello!

The weather has calmed down a bit, just in time for a gorgeous weekend! Hooray!

I have a wonderful menu for you this coming week. I am really looking
forward to it!

Please place orders by midnight Sunday night for delivery on Tuesday, July 19.

Thank you so much, and I look forward to cooking for you soon!

Love and Gazpacho,
Chef Mary

SOUP:

The queen of summer soups: Gazpacho! The lovely heirloom tomatoes,
cucumbers, and peppers are from our friends at Stillman Family Farms!
$7

PLATES:

Rainbow Pizza! With Red Sauce, Pineapple, Spinach, Purple Onion, and
Cashew Mozzarella. Eat your colors! Yum! $10

Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus. With carrots and celery, of course! $9

Greek Quinoa Salad with Cucumber, Tomato, and Kalamata Olives in a
Lemon-Parsley Dressing! Over crisp Romaine. $10

Thai Forbidden Rice Salad with Crunchy Peppers and Cashews over Tender

for the Emperor alone? Thank goodness we can all enjoy it now! $11

Noodles are gluten free brown rice, naturally! $11

BAKERY:

Chocolate Hazelnut Spread! YUM! A half cup of mostly-raw, totally

spread it on, baked with coconut milk and a blend of GF flours. You
may have quite a bit left after you've devoured your scone - what else
will you spread it on? $8

Morning Glory Muffins! These muffins have it all: Pineapple, Coconut,
Apple, Raisins, Walnuts, Carrots, a little Spice, and lots and lots of
Love! $9 half dozen, $16 dozen

As always, most ingredients are certified organic. Many are local, too!

I avoid common allergens wheat, gluten, peanut, and soy. Because
everything is vegan, it is also free of common allergens milk, egg,
and shellfish. I DO use a lot of nuts and seeds, and gluten free whole
grains. If you have any kind of allergy or sensitivity, please let me
know! Many dishes can be made nut-free pretty easily.

I do appreciate it when you return the containers and jars. It helps
us reduce waste, and it helps keep costs reasonable too!

Thank you so much!

Much Love,
Chef Mary
