Rather Crafty GF Vegan Menu for Wednesday, July 6

Happy Fourth of July Weekend Everyone! And Happy Birthday, USA!

This coming week, we will have some delicious treats! Please remember, the delivery schedule is slightly changed due to travel plans. I will deliver Wednesday, July 6 and Friday, July 8.

Please place orders by Monday, July 4 for delivery on Wednesday. Thank you so much!

Mushroom Noodle Soup! Sauteed Crimini Mushrooms and Tinkyada GF Organic Brown Rice Pasta, in a rich Shiitake Mushroom Broth $6

PLATES:

Hummus! Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus with Crunchy Carrots and Celery to Dip $9

Pizza Puttanesca with Olives, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Garlic, Capers, and my Homemade Vegan Mozzarella! $10

Quinoa with Creamy Cheesy Sauce (cashew based) and Greens du Jour $10

Seaweed Salad with Brown Rice and Sesame $9

Millet-Veggie Cakes! Served with a side of Lemon-Parsley-Walnut Pesto. $10

BAKERY:

Plantain Corn Muffins $9 half dozen, $16 dozen

Granola Balls! So yummy - kind of breakfasty, kind of snacky, all delicious. Made with Certified Gluten Free Oats, Dried Fruit, Toasted Nuts and Seeds. $5
