Happy January! Here's a fantastic new vegan menu for delivery Tuesdy, 1/10!

Happy January everyone!

Are you ready to keep your New Year's resolutions in style? This week I have some wonderfully delicious items to keep you on the right track! As always, these gluten free, vegan, healthy dishes will keep you dancing the day and night away! Please place orders by Sunday night if possible, and I will deliver on Tuesday, January 10!

For those looking for a spice-o-meter, the soup will have a little kick, but nothing else will be super-spicy this week.

Looking forward to seeing you all and feeding you very soon!

Much love,
Chef Mary

Black Bean Soup! So nourishing and delicious. $7

Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus. With crunchy veggies to dip, of course! $9

Quinoa waldorf salad! A protein-rich, light, and refreshing update on a classic winter salad - Apples, cranberries, walnuts and quinoa in a delicious vinaigrette, over fresh lettuce. $11

Totoro Bento! Inspired by one of my favorite movies of all time, this bento features a giant Totoro-shaped onigiri plus plenty of other delectable dishes. How will I make him the right shade of grey? The secret is crushed black sesame seeds! $10

Pasta Puttanesca! Gluten free brown rice pasta is livened up with capers, sun dried tomatoes, olives, almonds, and something fresh and green of course! The intense flavors are so satisfying! $11

Buckwheat banana chocolate chip muffins! Because a little dark chocolate here and there helps us keep our healthy resolutions the rest of the time! $10 half dozen, $18 dozen

Moist apple cake with Maple glaze! $7

As always, everything is vegan, healthy, and made without peanuts, soy, or gluten ingredients. I do use tree nuts, seeds, non-gluten whole grains, and all sorts of fruits and veggies - local and/or organic when possible. If you are allergic or sensitive to anything at all, please just let me know!

Thank you for returning clean containers when you finish with them. It helps keep costs reasonable, and it helps keep Mother Earth happier too!

See you all very soon!

Chef Mary
