New Gluten Free Vegan Spring Menu for Tuesday 4/26

All you teachers, welcome back from vacation. And welcome to the home stretch!

We have a wonderful spring menu for you this week! It is Easter Week, and Penelope the Easter Bunny suggested we feature carrots in a few items this week. (She loves to snack on the carrot trimmings!)

Menu for Tuesday, April 19

Hello!

Happy Spring!

It's another holiday-filled week! The Boston Marathon is this Monday.
Passover begins on Monday night. Easter is next Sunday. Wow!

Today's menu is a little shorter than some, but we should be done with
apartment searching and moving soon and then we'll be back to a normal
menu! (Don't worry, I'll bring back the Hot Cross Buns later in the
week for Good Friday delivery. Today's were so tasty!)

Potato Leek. $6

PLATES:

Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus with Carrots and Celery to Dip! (Or
just carrots if you prefer, just ask!) $9

Sweet Potato Kugel with a side of Charoset (Apple Walnut condiment.) A
little sweet, a little savory, very satisfying. $10

BAKERY:

Flourless Orange Almond Cake. Based on a traditional Passover recipe,
this one is dense, moist, and totally veganized! $8

Banana Buckwheat Chocolate Chip Muffins! $9 half dozen, $16 dozen

Gluten Free Vegan Personal Chef Menu, for Delivery in Boston and Cambridge Tuesday, April 5

Hello hello!

We have had some strange, wintry weather this week. We should get a
little spring sun in soon, though!

I have important scheduling news this week. I will only be delivering
on TUESDAY, APRIL 5! There will be no delivery on Friday, April 8. I
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to anyone!

The following week, I will return refreshed! We'll be back to the
usual Tuesday and Friday delivery. I am actually reducing the number
of dinner shifts I work at the restaurant so I can devote more time to
you, my wonderful clients! (Don't worry, if you love to see me at
brunch, I'll still be there! I'm only cutting back on weeknight
dinners.)
